1. Cereals are healthy foods that we should be careful about

We know that we should stay away from cereals with added sugar, so it’s best to choose whole grain cereals. However, be aware that consuming large amounts of whole grains may result in consuming an excessive number of calories.

This is a serious problem when it comes to granola cereals, where we can easily and unconsciously eat hundreds of calories at once. The recommended daily amount is ΒΌ cup of granola, one cup of cereal and two cups of puffed wheat.

Therefore, it is recommended to replace a glass of orange juice with fruit and eat the whole orange. However, let’s not forget that orange juice is also a healthy food, but let’s not overdo it.
