  • If the potatoes are too big, we can also cut them into thicker slices. This way we will save the time needed for baking.
  • During baking, sweet potatoes may release their sugars, which make them caramelize when hot. Therefore, it is recommended to use baking paper or aluminum foil for this purpose.
  • Now we should heat the oven to 200 ° C and let the potatoes bake for at least 45 minutes. However, this will depend on the thickness of the sweet potato, so after half an hour we should keep an eye on the potatoes.
  • We can prick the sweet potato with a fork to check its consistency.

  • While baking our sweet potatoes – we can prepare the stuffing.
