Fruit Cocktails Without Alcohol: 5 Recipes
Fruit alcohol-free cocktails have grown in popularity in recent years. They are suitable not only for special occasions, but also as a drink with a meal or a refreshment on hot days. So learn to prepare them!
Fruit cocktails without alcohol to prepare at home
Consuming alcohol is not recommended for health reasons. It is also better to avoid it to maintain a healthy weight. However, you can enjoy non-alcoholic cocktails in the company of friends and family.
1. Orange and forest fruit cocktail
Forest fruits contain a lot of antioxidants that are good for your health. What’s more, oranges provide vitamin C and minerals. So find out how to blend them with your fruit smoothies.
Ingredients (for 4 cocktails)
- Pineapple juice (50 ml)
- 1 cup of orange juice (200 ml)
- Cranberry juice (50 ml)
- 1/2 cup of strawberry juice (100 ml)
- Crushed ice
- Mint
- 3 oranges
Preparation
- If you don’t have a lot of time, you can use the juices you buy, but we recommend squeezing at least fresh orange juice – it makes a big difference.
- For 200 ml of juice: cut 3 oranges in half and squeeze the juice out of them.
- The next ones strain the flesh.
- Mix the remaining juices in the dish, add ice and mix.
- Serve in tall glasses with a mint leaf and a slice of orange.
2. Peach and lime smoothie
Would you like a delicious, refreshing drink? Then try out this peach and lime smoothie. It is high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and is great for the whole family.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 1 cup of peach juice (200 ml)
- Pineapple juice (40 ml)
- 1/2 cup of water (100 ml)
- Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 peach
- 1 apple
- Mint
Preparation
- First, chop the peach and apple finely.
- Squeeze the lime juice.
- Pour pineapple and peach juice, water, lime juice into the glass bowl and add the chopped fruit.
- Put in the fridge for about an hour for the fruit to absorb the flavors.
- Serve with crushed ice in a tall glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
3. San Francisco cocktail without alcohol
The traditional San Francisco cocktail is prepared with vodka or gin, but our recipe does not contain alcohol. We recommend using freshly squeezed juices.
Ingredients (for two people)
- Orange juice (50 ml)
- Freshly squeezed lime juice
- Pineapple juice (20 ml)
- 1/2 cup of sparkling water (100 ml)
- Orange or lime slices for decoration
Preparation
- First, mix the orange, pineapple and lime juices in a glass dish.
- Serve in a wide glass with sparkling water.
- You can also decorate with fruit slices.
4. Mojitos without alcohol
Mojito is a famous cocktail that has its non-alcoholic versions. Our recipe is based on a traditional recipe, but without the addition of alcohol.
Ingredients (per person)
- 1/2 lime
- Pineapple juice (50 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- Sparkling water (70 ml)
- Mint
- Crushed ice
Preparation
- First, wash and slice the lime in half. Cut one of the halves into four parts.
- Then put the lime into a wide glass and add sugar. Knead with a mortar until the fruit releases juices.
- Then add the previously washed mint and mash lightly.
- Finally, add pineapple juice, add crushed ice and soda water to fill the glass and stir with a long spoon.
- You can also add a lime slice for decoration or wet the rim of the glass and coat it in brown sugar.
- By replacing pineapple juice and water with “ginger-ale” (a carbonated drink with lime juice and ginger), you will get a delicious caipirinha without alcohol.
